• Browsing without an account:we don't ask for any data. Our network provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address to serve and protect the site. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify people.
• Account: your email (magic-link or Google sign-in) or your wallet address (signature sign-in), to identify you and manage your API keys, credits and predictions.
• API keys: we store a hash of the key, its credit usage and, to prevent key sharing, the IP addresses it is used from for 24 hours.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we keep the purchase record.
• Telegram bot: if you subscribe, we store your chat ID to send you the alerts you ask for.
• Emails: only for sign-in, account notices and payments.

• Performance of a contract: the account, API, credits, payments and subscriptions you request.
• Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention and aggregate usage measurement.
• Legal obligation: keeping billing records.

We only use a technical session cookie (dl_session) when you sign in, and the browser's local storage to remember interface preferences. Both are strictly necessary for the service you request and need no consent. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Cloudflare (network, security, email and analytics), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, only if you choose it) and Telegram (only if you use the bot). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, always with appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We don't sell your data.

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted when you close it, except what the law requires us to keep. Billing records are kept for the legal periods (up to six years). IP addresses linked to an API key, 24 hours.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over, because it includes prediction-market information. See also the Legal notice and the Terms.
