Compositions

LGD Gaming drafted a volatile 4-1 split-push and pick composition built around side-lane pressure, long-range follow-up, and Bard’s ability to create numbers advantages. Burdol’s Vayne is the central draft statement: she can punish Olaf in extended side-lane scenarios once she reaches items, but she needs time and vision protection to survive coordinated dives. Ryze gives LGD a second side-lane threat while Realm Warp can rapidly move Sivir, Naafiri, and Bard toward an isolated target.

The broader issue is execution. Sivir supplies waveclear, movement speed, and late-game teamfight insurance, yet LGD’s front-to-back engage is limited. Naafiri must find angles through Varus poke and Poppy’s anti-dash tools, while Bard has to land either Tempered Fate or a precise roam before AL establish objective control. LGD can snowball through picks, but their composition looks demanding when forced into a standard 5v5.

Anyone's Legend selected a much more direct engage, control, and objective-fight composition. Olaf gives Breathe reliable top-side priority and an unafraid front liner against Bard and Naafiri disruption. Pantheon and Poppy create a powerful early-game duo for ganks, dives, and river skirmishes, while Orianna can convert their engage into devastating Shockwave setups. Hope’s Varus adds poke before fights and strong burst against targets caught by Pantheon or Poppy.

Key Picks

Burdol’s Vayne is LGD’s highest-upside pick and biggest risk. Into Olaf, Vayne can theoretically win the side lane and force AL to answer her split-push. However, Pantheon’s global pressure and Poppy’s roaming potential make top lane a natural target. If Burdol loses tempo early, Vayne becomes difficult to position against AL’s layered engage.

Crisp’s Bard is equally important. Bard is LGD’s clearest route to breaking the map open, especially with Ryze able to reinforce a roam instantly. A successful mid-to-bot roam could deny Varus scaling space and give Sivir the wave control she needs. But Bard’s ult can also be punished by Orianna and Varus if LGD lack immediate follow-up.

For AL, Tarzan’s Pantheon is the draft’s tempo engine. Pantheon can attack Vayne’s weak early lane, threaten Ryze before he has defensive items, and turn any Bard roam into a counter-gank. His ultimate also gives AL superior cross-map response when LGD attempt to split-push.

Draft Edge

LGD have stronger late-game side-lane ideas, plus Sivir and Ryze provide considerable scaling. Their win condition is clear: survive the early game, avoid giving Pantheon easy picks, and use Bard-Ryze mobility to create uneven fights before major objectives.

Still, AL own the more reliable draft edge. Their champions are easier to pilot around dragons and Baron, their engage layers naturally with Orianna, and Poppy specifically complicates Naafiri’s access. Varus can also soften LGD before they ever reach a clean engage range. AL do not need to outplay every fight; they can establish vision, poke, and force LGD to walk into their control tools.

Prediction

Anyone's Legend should enter Game 1 with the advantage because their draft has stronger early pressure and simpler objective setups. LGD can win if Bard and Ryze repeatedly unlock Vayne’s side lane, but that requires disciplined map play against Pantheon’s global threat. Prediction: Anyone's Legend win through early top-side pressure and controlled mid-game objectives.
